Die Oculus Quest 2 bzw. Meta Quest 2 wird derzeit nicht offiziell in Deutschland verkauft, da der Facebook-Zwang für die Behörden ein Problem darstellt. Im kommenden Jahr könnte Meta ggf. die Quest 2 auch offiziell in Deutschland anbieten, da der Facebook-Zwang entfernt wird. Zwar gab es in diesem Jahr einige Gerüchte über eine Quest 3, jedoch wird diese auch im nächsten Jahr voraussichtlich nicht erscheinen. Meta will aber neben der Quest eine zweite Linie für VR-Brillen einführen.
